Festive Hours 2021

Edinburgh Carers Council's Festive Hours 2021

Our office will be open on Christmas Eve 24th December, and then we will remain closed from Monday 27th December — Tuesday 4th January 2022.

We will resume our normal working hours on Wednesday 5th January 2022.

If there is a crisis while we are closed, please contact the Edinburgh Crisis Centre or Mental Health Assessment Service.

Coffee Morning & Art Workshop - Carers Week 2021

Carers Week is from June 7th-13th this year. We at Edinburgh Carers Council are pleased to announce that we will be having a couple of online events on Friday 11th June.

Online Peer Support Group for Carers & Relatives

In addition to our individual (one-to-one) peer support service, we have now started an Online Peer Support Group. The sessions are facilitated by ECC and held on the last Friday of every month at 2:30 pm. The group is open to anyone who cares for someone with a mental health difficulty.

Temporary Waiting List

We now currently have a temporary waiting list of 2-4 weeks for our individual advocacy service.

If you'd like to make a referral to the advocacy service please continue to phone our office number on 0131 322 8480 or email info@edinburghcarerscoucil.co.uk. Please include a brief overview of your situation and an advocacy worker will be in touch to let you know how long the wait may be.
